American Housing Author under DP Goods LLC operates solely as a facilitator connecting independent Marketing Agencies ("Service Providers") with Contractors ("Clients") seeking marketing services. American Housing Author is not a party to any agreement or commercial transaction between Marketing Agencies and Contractors and does not control, direct, or supervise the services provided.

All Marketing Agencies operate as independent entities and are solely responsible for the marketing services they offer. American Housing Author makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the services, performance, capabilities, or outcomes delivered by any Marketing Agency. Contractors acknowledge and agree that they engage Marketing Agencies at their own discretion and risk.

American Housing Author expressly disclaims all liability for any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses, whether direct or indirect, arising from or related to the actions or omissions of any Marketing Agency. This includes, but is not limited to, failure to deliver services, service quality, delays, errors, or misrepresentations.

American Housing Author shall not be liable under any circumstances for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to the engagement between a Marketing Agency and a Contractor, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Any disputes, complaints, or claims relating to the services rendered by a Marketing Agency must be addressed directly with that Marketing Agency. American Housing Author does not mediate, arbitrate, or otherwise intervene in disputes between Contractors and Marketing Agencies.

By using the platform, all users acknowledge and agree that American Housing Author serves solely as a networking platform and bears no responsibility for the formation, negotiation, enforcement, or results of any relationship or transaction that arises between Marketing Agencies and Contractors.

This section shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of October 22nd, 2025, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
